Reset Azure Sessions


For many issues experienced in Azure, resetting your session may resolve the issue.

  1. Click the red "Logoff" icon on your desktop.
  2. Wait 5 minutes for the session to be completely ended.
  3. Log back into the server.


Microsoft Print to PDF


Creating a new PDF is an alternative way to save a file when you can't save it.

  1. With your document open in Acrobat, click on 'File > Print'.
  2. Select "Microsoft Print to PDF", then click [Print].
  3. Choose a location to save the new PDF form and click [OK].




Outcome


Either solution may resolve the issue you are experiencing.  Resetting your Azure session terminates all processes and your session (essentially the equivalent of a reboot).  The "Microsoft Print to PDF" bypasses the error within the Acrobat software allowing you to save your work.
