Question:  When logging into my Azure desktop I cannot find Google Chrome on my desktop or my Chrome shortcut no longer works.

Answer:  Your Azure Desktop does not use the Google Chome browser.  Please use Microsoft Edge from within Azure Desktop to access SANDIS and any other websites.  The Edge browser included on your Azure Desktop is much newer and compatible with all websites.

Question:  Some of the icons on my desktop look different and no longer work or give an error message when I use them. (ex. Outlook 2016)

Answer:  Your VMware desktop is now in sync with your Azure Desktop.  You may have icons & shortcuts that point to older applications that may not be installed in Azure.  If you have an icon not working you may need to use the icon on the start menu to run your app.  Once your app is loaded you can right click the app on the taskbar and "pin" it there for faster access in the future.

Question:  When I login to my Azure Desktop I am only seeing a black screen and nothing else.

Answer:  This may occur and is an issue on Microsoft side.  If you click a few times on the black page the desktop should refresh and become visible.
