3/8/2021 "Known Issues" have been updated. 2/18/2021 A "Known Issue" page has been setup for our recent migrated users to Azure WVD. If you are experiencing an issue please check this page for updates before submitting a ticket. 2/6/2021 Please note this page has been updated to provide summary info on units/users being migrated and completed. Again we are working as quickly as possible to ensure a successful migration to our new Azure WVD environment. Please also note links to related content will be published to the right ➜ 1/29/2021 First, thank you for your continued patience as we work to resolve the performance issues with the virtual desktops that have been occurring for the past 16 months. As of today we are in the final stages of testing the migration of users to Azure WVD environment. We will be migrating users to Azure WVD one unit at a time. This process is challenging as many users have different setups in Horizon VDI. It is imperative that we fully test with each unit as they are moved over to ensure all immediate issues are addressed as quickly as possible before moving the next group over. We anticipate that once the first two units are moved over to Azure WVD the process will become quicker and more efficient. Once we are ready to move your unit to Azure WVD, Damian Stalls from Fluid Networks will reach out to collect any needed information and explain the testing process further. The determination on when each unit moves will be based on the number of users in the unit and any complexities identified with any users configuration. |
