The “To:” field must contain the fax number and the rpxfax subdomain. For example: [email protected]

Subject

The “Subject” line is used only for your personal reference when looking at "Sent Items" within Outlook. This is not passed to the cover letter.

Body

The “Body” of the message is only used for your personal references when looking at sent faxes from Outlook.

Attachments

All “Attachments” are sent with the fax and converted to a faxable format.
