This article will cover the process of accessing encrypted emails sent by Kern Regional Centers to clients and vendors.

This article only intended for clients and vendors of Kern Regional Center.  A link to this article is included on all encrypted messages sent from KRC.  

Accessing Your Email with a One-time Code

1. Open the encrypted email message from Kern Regional Center.
2. Click on "View encrypted email".
3. Click on "Sign in with a One-time passcode".
4. Check your email for the one-time passcode that was just sent to you.
5. Enter the one-time passcode on the Encryption portal site and click "Continue".
